SIDEARM Sports provides a video platform for live streaming college sports events. They stream hundreds of thousands of hours of content annually with hundreds of collegiate partners.
I built a highly scalable, cloud live video transcode system leveraging AWS EC2, S3 and Verizon Digital Media Services. The system handled thousands of live events per week with peak times of over 150 simultaneous live events.
